Gestern war bereits das „I“ für den Spring fällig…. Ich hatte mal wieder vergessen zu scannen, deswegen mit einem Tag Verspätung. Lisa von Simply Journeys hat bereits die Optionen für die „N“ und „G“ verraten … so sind dann heute Nachmittag gleich die letzten beiden Wimpel entstanden und ich werde bei Gelegenheit  alle auf eine Schnur ziehen und schon mal aufhängen… den Frühling locken

Yesterday there was the „I“ day for the SRPING-Banner… I’m again a bit late, as I forgot to scan, but today. Lisa from Simply Journeys told us the options for the  letters „N“ and „G“ ... so I’ve created  the last two pennants this afternoon and within the next few days I’ll put them together with a ribbon and hang them up… waiting for spring

Eigentlich wollte ich den Wimpel gestern schon hochladen, aber irgendwie kam immer was dazwischen und dann habe ich auch noch gemerkt, dass ich ihn noch gar nicht gescannt hatte…. Nun aber Der nächste Buchstabe beim SPRING-Banner ist das „R“ und als zusätzliche Option hat Lisa um etwas Rundes gebeten. Weitere Einzelheiten sind bei Simple Journeys nachzulesen.

Actually I intended to post this pennant yesterday, but there was always something different to do und at least I found, that I’d forgotten to scan…. But now The next letter for our SPRING-Banner is the „R“ and as an additional option Lisa asked for something Round. For more details you can look on Simple Journeys.

Heute ist es wieder soweit, der nächste Buchstabe für das Springbanner ist fällig. „P“ und als zusätzliche Option ist ein Stoffmuster gefragt. Ich habe mich für ein Schachbrettmuster entschieden. Einzelheiten zum Banner-Challenge gibt es bei Simple Journeys.

In dieser Woche ist der letzte Buchstabe „M“ von DREAM zu gestalten, als freiwillige Zusatzoption sind Uhren und Schlüssel genannt. Damit ist der January Banner Month bei Simply Journeys beendet, im Februar beginnend am 20. wird es mit einem Spring Banner weitergehen Damit meine Wimpelkette auch schön bunt wird, habe ich eine weitere Farbkombi genommen. Auf jedem Banner sind Libellen und ein Band an jedem Buchstaben zu sehen, das ist mein roter Faden

This week we’ve to create a pennant with the last letter „M“ und this will complete the word DREAM, as an additional option we could incorporate clocks and/or keys. So this January Banner Month on Simply Journeys has come to an end, but in February, the 20th there will be another one, the Spring Banner Challenge To get really a colourful banner, I’ve made the last pennant in another colour combination. This week we’ve to take the letter A on Simply Journeys. Lisa’s optional directive is to incorporate beads. To get a colourful „Dream“ Pennant, I decided for violet/pink today

Seit gestern läuft bei Lisa das „E“ und als zusätzliche Option kann Spitze integriert werden. Ich habe mich für selbstklebende Spitzenborde entschieden, die ich mit Adirondack passend eingefärbt habe.

This Week we’ve to use an „E“ on our pennant on Simple Journeys. As an additional  optional directive we can incorporate lace. I’ve decided for some self-adhesive lace border, which I’ve coloured with Adirondack ink.

Los geht es. Gleich in der ersten Woche des neuen Jahres gibt es eine neue Herausforderung, den Banner Month bei Simple Journeys. Im Januar sollen 5 Wimpel gestaltet werden. 2 Elemente müssen dabei bedacht werden, in dieser Woche ist es das D und eine Libelle. Am Monatsende wird das komplette Wort D R E A M lauten. Die zweite Direktive wird erst zu Beginn der jeweiligen Woche genannt. Weitere Einzelheiten zu dieser tollen Herausforderung gibt es hier.
